[origin: WO2015040331A1] The invention relates to an apparatus dispensing strips of pre-cut material wound onto a spool, which includes a casing (1) for accommodating said spool (B), with a bottom surface (1a), a horizontal lower portion (1b) and side surfaces (1c), and a hinged closing cover (2), said casing and said cover being provided at the lower portion thereof with a central opening allowing the strip of material to pass and be dispensed. The casing has a horizontal lower portion (1b) having in the body thereof a central opening (1d), and on the lower surface (1b1) thereof a profiled ring (3) arranged in a plane that is off-centre relative to said central opening (1d) defining therebetween a passage (P) for the strip of drawn material. The casing has, under said lower surface (1b), a hinged flap (4) arranged such as to receive a circular profiled dome portion (5) which can fit into the inner opening formed on said ring (3), while allowing the strip of drawn material to pass continuously through same and to exit the apparatus. Said flap has a profiled configuration (4.2 and 4.4) opposite the cover such as to be biased by the cover when lifted with a view to closing same in order to ensure the positioning of said dome portion around the opening of the ring in accordance with the characteristics of the strip of drawn material, said strip of material wound onto a spool passing through the opening formed in the casing and passing through the space formed between said ring and said dome portion which are arranged opposite one another.
