Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2015036587A1] The invention relates to a bridging platform (21), which is intended to be arranged over a vehicle joint (22) at an inclination in the longitudinal direction, comprising a rotary plate and a connection plate, wherein the rotary plate (25) and the connection plate (26) adjoin each other at a junction (27) and are connected to each other at the junction by means of at least one connecting element (40), such that the rotary plate (25) and the connection plate (26) can be moved in a folding manner in relation to each other from a first relative position to a second relative position when the vehicle joint (22) moves from a first joint position to a second joint position and can be moved back to the first relative position when the vehicle joint (22) moves back from the second joint position to the first joint position. The connection plate (26) has at least one sub-area (31, 32) in which the thickness of the connection plate (26) is reduced, such that the connection plate can be deformed in said sub-area when the vehicle joint (22) moves. The invention further relates to a vehicle joint system and to a rail vehicle, in particular a streetcar, comprising a bridging platform or a vehicle joint system.
