The canned motor pump comprises a housing (4) that has a rotor chamber (6) and conducts liquid at least in operating phases, a rotor unit (8) rotatably attached in the rotor chamber (6), a conveying wheel (14) for conveying the liquid, which is provided in a conveying region (40), and a shaft (16) extending inside the housing (4) at least by means of a partial section (18). By means of the shaft (16), the rotor unit (8) and/or the conveying wheel (14) are coupled to each other, in particular the rotor unit (8) and/or the conveying wheel (14) are connected to the shaft (16) in a rotationally fixed manner. The shaft (16) is supported inside the rotor chamber (6) on the side (23) of the rotor unit (8) facing the conveying wheel (14) by means of a first bearing (22) and on the side (25) of the rotor unit (8) facing away from the conveying wheel (14) by means of a second bearing (24).
