[origin: WO2015040296A1] In this motor vehicle disc brake (1) comprising a braking ring (11) and a central bowl (12) secured to this braking ring (11), the central bowl (12) comprises a circular flange (122), a cylindrical part (123) and a rim (127). The cylindrical part (123) extends from the external periphery of the flange (122) to the rim (127). The rim (127) extends radially between the cylindrical part (123) and the braking ring and the external periphery of the rim (127) is a polygon the corners of which are rounded.
