[origin: WO2016116368A1] The invention relates to a system and to a method for the metal coating of a workpiece (1), wherein a metal plasma jet, by means of which a coating consisting of metal particles is formed on a workpiece, is produced by means of a movable coating lance (30) of a coating device (29). According to the invention, the coating lance (30) is moved into a cleaning station (60) for cleaning purposes and, in the cleaning station (60), a nozzle jet of a cooling gas is directed at the coating lance by means of a nozzle device (64), wherein attached metal particles are removed from the coating lance (30).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage und ein Verfahren zur metallischen Beschichtung eines Werkstücks (1), wobei mit einer verfahrbaren Beschichtungslanze (30) einer Beschichtungsvorrichtung (29) ein Metall-Plasmastrahl erzeugt wird, durch welchen auf einem Werkstück eine Beschichtung aus Metallpartikeln gebildet wird. Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass zum Reinigen die Beschichtungslanze (30) in eine Reinigungsstation (60) verfahren wird und dass in der Reinigungsstation (60) ein Düsenstrahl eines Kühlgases mittels einer Düseneinrichtung (64) auf die Beschichtungslanze gerichtet wird, wobei angelagerte Metallpartikel von der Beschichtungslanze (30) entfernt werden.
