[origin: JP2016142268A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator disc and its process of manufacture in which the stator disc is kept at least basically under a state in which its inner stress is not present when the stator disc is made of more thick sheet metal as a punched-out stator disc of a turbo-molecular pump.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a stator disc 24 for use in a turbo-molecular pump. The stator disc has an inner ring 66, outer rings 68, and a plurality of stator blades 70 disposed between the inner ring and the outer rings, and these stator blades are connected to the inner ring 66 and the outer rings 68 through their webs 72, 74. At this time, the stator disc 24 is formed as a punched-out stator disc having the plurality of inclined stator blades 70 and the outer rings 68 that are finely divided into separated annular segments 76 of an amount corresponding to an amount of the stator blades 70 in a peripheral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
