The cartridge (7, 7') is provided with a valve (10) movable between an open position and a closed position of the opening (9a, 9b, 9'a, 9'b) of the cartridge (7, 7'), the device (1) comprising, in addition, control means (13, 13') of the opening and/or of the closing of said valve (10).
