[origin: WO2015051910A1] The invention relates to a system (1) for processing value documents (3), in particular banknotes, and to a corresponding method, comprising a device for processing value documents (3), in particular for checking, counting, sorting, and/or destroying value documents (3); a housing (4) in which the device is integrated and/or a support (5) on which the device is arranged; and a recording device (60) which is provided in or on the housing (4) and/or on the support (5) for recording actions carried out by an operator while operating the device. The invention achieves a more reliable recording of the actions carried out by the operator and allows a more reliable subsequent check of the operating process.
