[origin: CA2970344A1] The invention relates to a façade assembly (14) for a building (10), said assembly comprising at least one façade element (16) which can be fastened to a wall or a floor (12) of the building (10) and comprising at least one fire protection element (18) which can be mounted between the façade element (16) and the wall or the floor (12). The fire protection element (18) comprises an insulating layer (19) and an intumescent layer (32) containing an intumescent material and running through at least some sections of the insulating layer (19), lengthwise to the façade element (16) when viewed in cross-section. The invention further relates to a method for mounting a façade assembly of this type, and to a building construction using the façade assembly.

Eine Fassadenbaugruppe (14) für ein Gebäude (10) umfasst zumindest ein Fassadenelement (16), das an einer Wand oder einer Geschossdecke (12) des Gebäudes (10) befestigt werden kann, und zumindest ein Brandschutzelement (18), das zwischen dem Fassadenelement (16) und der Wand oder der Geschossdecke (12) montiert werden kann. Das Brandschutzelement (18) umfasst eine Dämmschicht (19) und eine die Dämmschicht (19) zumindest abschnittweise, im Querschnitt längs des Fassadenelements (16) durchlaufende Intumeszenzlage (32), die ein intumeszierendes Material enthält. Des Weiteren ist ein Verfahren zur Montage einer solchen Fassadenbaugruppe und ein Gebäudeaufbau unter Verwendung der Fassadenbaugruppe vorgesehen.
