[origin: WO2016128412A1] A luminaire (1) with an illuminant receptacle (2) is suspended in at least two current-conducting suspension devices (3) and coupled or coupleable to the power supply by way of the suspension devices (3). The illuminant receptacle (2) has at least two current collectors (22, 24). The suspension devices (3) in each case at least partly surround a current collector (22, 24, 27) with a conductive connection to the illuminant (26), in particular in a loop-like manner. At least one current collector, in particular at least two of the current collectors (22, 24, 27) has/have an electrically insulating insulator portion (22), in particular with a ring-shaped embodiment. The respective suspension device (3) is in contact with the outer side of the insulator portion (22). In particular, the insulator portion (22) has a circular form. In the insulator portion (22), provision is made of an electrically conductive contact device (24) which is in electrical contact with the illuminant (26). The contact device (24) has at least one contact projection (24), which reaches up to the outer side of the insulator portion (22) such that it enables an electrical connection with the suspension device (3).
