The toilet body has a flushing-water connection for feeding flushing water into a flushing chamber (2a) defined by the toilet body, which flushing chamber has a bottom end and a top end bounded by a toilet opening, a drain connection for draining dirty water from the flushing chamber (2a) as part of a flushing operation, which drain connection comprises a primary odor-blocking means, an intimate cleaning device for performing an intimate cleaning of a user, which intimate cleaning device is fed by means of a potable water line, and a safety apparatus for safeguarding a potable-water line. In order to meet the requirements of DIN EN 1717 in an especially simple and space-saving manner, the safety apparatus according to the invention comprises a damage opening (6e), which is arranged below a top edge of the toilet opening.
