[origin: EP3059723A1] A method for manufacturing an instructional booklet mounted on a substrate. A multi-up book log is provided having two or more booklets and a waste zone that share a common spine. The book log is adhered to an overlaminate and progressively slit to form overlaminate strips having booklets adhered thereto. The overlaminate is applied to a substrate with the booklets retained therebetween. The overlaminate and substrate are die cut around the booklets.
