[origin: WO2015059560A1] The invention relates to a device (1) comprising a supporting platform (6) intended to support a load, said platform (6) comprising a plurality of wheels (60) for rolling on the ground, a tractive unit (8) intended to tow the platform (6) on the plurality of wheels, and coupling means intended to connect the platform (6) to the tractive unit (8) and to allow the tractive unit (8) to pull the platform (6) on the plurality of wheels. The device (1) comprises means for partial load transfer, intended to transfer just part of the load supported by the platform (6) to the tractive unit (8). In addition, the tractive unit (8) comprises supporting means intended to partially support the platform (6), and the partial load transfer means include a resilient member intended to deform elastically when the platform (6) is resting on the supporting means in order to exert a force on the platform (6) opposed to the weight of the platform (6) when the platform (6) is resting on the tractive unit (8).
