Es wird eine Handwerkzeugmaschine, insbesondere Akkuschrauber, vorgeschlagen, mit einem Motorgehäuse (12), mit einer Abtriebsspindel (14), mit zumindest einem Metallgehäuse (16), das einen Aufnahmebereich (18) zu einer Befestigung eines Zusatzhandgriffs (20) und einen einstückig zu dem Aufnahmebereich (18) ausgebildeten Verbindungsbereich (22) zu einer spielfrei drehfesten Verbindung mit dem Motorgehäuse (12) aufweist, und mit einer Isoliereinheit (24), die in einem montierten Zustand die Abtriebsspindel (14) und das Metallgehäuse (16) elektrisch gegeneinander isoliert.
