[origin: WO2015063385A1] The invention relates to a system for transferring a fluid between a ship and a facility, comprising: a mast (1); at least one fluid transfer line (3, 4, 5) extending along the mast (1); and at least one conduit (7, 8, 9) suspended on the distal end of the mast (1), which is connected to the fluid transfer line (3, 4, 5) and provided with a connection element (10) for cooperating with a manifold of the facility. The conduit (7, 8, 9) comprises: a first rigid portion (14) and a second flexible portion (15); and a rigidifying element (16) which is mounted such that it can move along the conduit (7, 8, 9) between a position for rigidifying the flexible portion (15) and a release position.
