Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2015124203A1] The invention relates to the processing of a volume data set, wherein application rules are automatically associated. A computer (1) associates an object type (T) with objects (7) segmented in volume data set (6), either automatically or with the support of a user (5). The computer (1) associates an application rule (A, Aj) with the particular segmented object (7) and outputs at least the segmented objects (7) to the user (5) in the form of an image (B) by means of a display device (8). In the process of the output of the volume data set (6), the computer (1) processes the segmented objects (7) in accordance with the application rules (A, Aj) associated with the objects (7). Before the application rules (A, Aj) are associated with the segmented objects (7), the computer (1) receives a selection command (C2) from the user (5) and selects a group rule (Gi) on the basis of the selection command (C2). The group rules (Gi) each contain a plurality of application rules (Aj) to be applied to objects (7) of a particular object type (T). The computer (1) automatically determines, for objects (7) segmented in the volume data set (6), the corresponding application rule (Aj) contained the selected group rule (Gi) in accordance with the object type (T) associated with the particular segmented object (7) and associates said application rule with the particular objects (7).
