L'invention se rapporte à un ensemble pivotant (11, 31, 51) comportant un axe (12, 32, 52) monté rotatif entre deux paliers (13, 14, 33, 34, 53, 54), un organe (22, 42, 62) monté entre une portée (44) de l'axe (12, 32, 52) et une rondelle élastique (22, 42, 62). Selon l'invention, au moins un des deux paliers (13, 14, 33, 34, 53, 54) comporte une butée (45, 65) de limitation qui est agencée pour entrer directement en contact avec la rondelle élastique (22, 42, 62) afin de restreindre le déplacement relatif entre l'axe (12, 32, 52) et ses paliers (13, 14, 33, 34, 53, 54).
