Zusätzlich ist ein an der Seitenwandung (31, 32) angeordnetes Sperrelement (35, 36, 38, 39) mit einem Bügelabschnitt (350, 360, 380, 390) vorgesehen, der in einer Sperrstellung die mindestens eine Ausnehmung (310, 320) entgegen der Einsetzrichtung (E) begrenzt, um das Vorsprungselement (420, 421) des Kontakteinsatzes (4) entgegen der Einsetzrichtung (E) in der Ausnehmung (310, 320) zu halten, und zum Freigeben des Vorsprungselements (420, 421) zum Entnehmen des Kontakteinsatzes (4) aus dem Halterahmen (3) quer zur Einsetzrichtung (E) aus der Sperrstellung heraus in eine Freigabestellung bewegbar ist.
