[origin: WO2015071059A1] The invention relates to an apparatus for treating sheet-like material, in particular panels, film or foil, wherein the apparatus has at least one bar-like or rod-like strip arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like material, wherein the sheet-like material is moved longitudinally past the strip, wherein the strip consists of porous, fluid-permeable metal foam, at least over a part of its outer surface which is directed towards the sheet-like material, and wherein means are provided for feeding a treatment fluid through the metal foam in the direction of the sheet-like material.
