Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Wenden von stabförmigen Produkten (30) der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie um eine senkrecht zu einer Längsachse (32) der Produkte ausgerichtete Querachse (31) mit einer um eine erste Drehachse (33) drehbar antreibbaren Wendetrommel (2), und wenigstens einem in Bezug zu der ersten Drehachse (33) radial außen an der Wendetrommel (2) angeordneten Wendeteil (3), welches wenigstens eine über wenigstens eine erste Druckluftleitung (17,18) mit Vakuum und/oder Druckluft beaufschlagbare Mulde (6,7) aufweist und um eine senkrecht zu der ersten Drehachse (33) ausgerichtete zweite Drehachse (34) gegenüber der Wendetrommel (2) drehbar antreibbar ist, wobei eine zentrale Druckluft- und/oder Vakuumversorgung (5) vorgesehen ist, und an der Wendetrommel (2) wenigstens eine zweite Druckluftleitung (35) vorgesehen ist, wobei ein gegenüber der Wendetrommel (2) feststehendes erstes Steuerteil (8,9), und an der Wendetrommel (2) ein gegenüber dem Wendeteil (3) feststehendes zweites Steuerteil (10) vorgesehen sind, und die zweite Druckluftleitung (35) in der Wendetrommel (2) durch das erste Steuerteil (8,9) in Abhängigkeit von dem Drehwinkel der Wendetrommel (2) gesteuert mit der zentralen Druckluft- und/oder Vakuumversorgung (5) strömungstechnisch verbindbar ist, und die erste Druckluftleitung (17,18) in der Mulde (6,7) des Wendeteils (3) durch das zweite Steuerteil (10) in Abhängigkeit von dem Drehwinkel des Wendeteils (3) zu der Wendetrommel (2) gesteuert strömungstechnisch mit den zweiten Druckluftleitungen (35) in der Wendetrommel (2) verbindbar ist, wobei das erste Steuerteil (8,9) durch einen konzentrisch zu der ersten Drehachse (33) angeordneten Steuerring und/oder das zweite Steuerteil (10) durch einen konzentrisch zu der zweiten Drehachse (34) angeordneten Steuerring gebildet ist.
