[origin: WO2015074750A1] The invention relates to a partially crystalline N-alkyl-N-acylglucamine composition comprising at least two different acylglucamines with acyl groups selected from among saturated or unsaturated C6-C22 acyls, the composition having a partially crystalline structure at room temperature with at least one significant X-ray reflection in each of the 2theta ranges ≥ 13.5° to ≤ 15.1° and ≥ 15.5°to ≤ 17.4°, and the X-ray reflections being obtained by a powder diffraction diffractogram in Bragg-Brentano geometry.
