[origin: WO2015075255A1] The invention relates to a shower head comprising a main body (1), a jet disk (2) and a jet disk retaining device for retaining the jet disk on the main body. A jet disk retaining device according to the invention comprises first, central retaining means (8a, 8b) for fastening a central region (2a) of the jet disk to the main body in an associated retaining position, and second, peripheral retaining means (9a, 9b) for fastening a peripheral region (2b) of the jet disk to the main body in an associated retaining position, wherein the first and second retaining means are designed to be moved into their respective retaining position in a common mounting operation. Use for example for sanitary hand-held showers and overhead showers.
