[origin: WO2015078965A1] The invention relates to an arrangement of a loading area (10) inside a motor vehicle, characterised in that the loading area (10) comprises a raised floor (22) extending above a sheet-metal floor (18) of the vehicle and at least one lashing means (24) comprising at least one element (30, 30') for attachment to the raised floor (22), the attachment element (30, 30') being capable of being placed on the raised floor (22) and comprising a permanent magnet (40) capable of occupying a first position in which the attachment element (30, 30') is attached to the raised floor (22) by magnetisation and a second position in which the attachment element (30, 30') is separated from the raised floor (22).
