[origin: CA2923877A1] An apparatus for the production of concrete molded parts in a molding machine is described, which apparatus comprises an upper mold part having a pressure plate arrangement having multiple pressure plates, each facing an opening of a mold insert, wherein each of the pressure plates is screwed onto an intermediate plate, wherein the intermediate plate is connected with a punch plate on the upper mold part on the side facing the upper mold part, by way of at least one pressure punch, wherein the intermediate plate is braced against the punch plate, at least one bolt that can be screwed on is passed through an accommodation on the intermediate plate, which bolt releasably engages into the punch plate and wherein the pressure punch has a hollow body that encloses the bolt between the intermediate plate and the punch plate.

Es wird eine Vorrichtung (VO) zur Herstellung von Betonformteilen in einer Formmaschine beschrieben, die ein Formoberteil (FB) mit einer Druckplattenanordnung mit mehreren jeweils einer Öffnung eines Formnests zugewandten Druckplatten (DP) umfasst, wobei jede der Druckplatten (DP) mit einer Zwischenplatte (ZW) verschraubt ist, wobei die Zwischenplatte (ZW) auf der dem Formoberteil (FB) zugewandten Seite über wenigstens einen Druckstempel (DS) mit einer Stempelplatte (ST) am Formoberteil (FB) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenplatte (ZW) mit der Stempelplatte (ST) verspannt ist, in dem durch eine Aufnahme auf der Zwischenplatte (ZW) wenigstens ein verschraubbarer Bolzen (BO) geführt ist, der in die Zwischenplatte (ZW) lösbar eingreift und der zwischen der Zwischenplatte (ZW) und der Stempelplatte (ST) einen Hohlkörper (HO) aufweist, der den Bolzen (BO) umschließt.
