Die Herstellungsschritte beinhalten, mechanisches Umformen des Trägerdrahtes, das Einsetzen und kontaktieren eines Kontaktstück, das Ablängen der einzelnen Bürstenblöcke, eine optionale Galvanisierung der Bürstenseitigen Teilstücks, eine automatisierte Platinenmontage.
