[origin: EP3078775A1] A motor-driven vehicle (1) for cleaning surfaces, comprising a service compartment (3) in which are mounted: a high-pressure group (5) and an aspirating group (10) of liquids and solids. The motor-driven vehicle comprises a cleaning organ (14) mobile on a surface to be cleaned and connected to the high-pressure group (5) by means of a washing conduit (6) for spraying the liquid at high pressure towards the surface to be cleaned and/or connected to the aspirating group (10) via an aspirating conduit (11) for aspirating liquids and solids present on the surface to be cleaned.
