Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015086271A1] The invention relates to a safety circuit (1) for an elevator system. Said safety circuit (1) comprises a first circuit (2) that includes a plurality of switching contacts (6.1, 6.2, 6.n), and a second circuit (3) that includes a plurality of switching contacts (5.1, 5.2, 5.n). The switching contacts (6.1, 6.2, 6.n) of the first circuit (2) are connected in series, and the switching contacts (5.1, 5.2, 5.n) of the second circuit (3) are connected in parallel. Furthermore, a switching contact (6.1, 6.2, 6.n) of the first circuit (2) is associated with a switching contact (5.1, 5.2, 5.n) of the second circuit (3). Two switching contacts (6.1, 5.1) that are associated with each other are in opposite switching states.
