In this arrangement, the felt panel (2) comprises a planar felt layer (11) as upper layer (OS), the felt panel (2) comprises a planar felt layer (12) as lower layer (US) and the felt panel (2) comprises at least one corrugated felt layer (21) as central layer (MS), wherein the corrugated felt layer (21) adjacent to the upper layer (OS) is connected at the upper side (21a) thereof to the upper layer (OS) in the region of upper apex lines (21c) or apex points formed by the corrugation crests (21b) thereof, wherein the corrugated felt layer (22) adjacent to the lower layer (US) is connected at the lower side (22d) thereof to the lower layer (US) in the region of lower apex lines (22f) or apex points formed by the corrugation valleys (22e) thereof.
