Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2016165877A1] The present invention describes an electrical switching device, including: a supporting base (1) including a swivel pin (2) about which a cam (3) swivels; a first drive arm (4) having one drive end coupled to the cam in order to swivel said cam relative to the base about the swivel pin; a second arm (5) for electrical switching by linear driving along an axis of said arm; said second arm having: a) a first end provided with a male electrical connector (6) intended for being inserted into or removed from a female electrical connector (7) and; b) a second end driven by swivelling the cam by means of a sliding coupling, said coupling including a first slide (8) secured to the second end of the second arm and sliding in a first curved track (9) of the cam; and the drive end of the first drive arm of the cam forms a sliding coupling means, said coupling including a second slide (10) secured to said end of the first arm and sliding in a second track (11) of the cam. Said device is characterised in that the second track (11) includes a linear track portion having a main axis (12) passing through the swivel point of the cam.
