[origin: WO2015091904A1] The invention relates to a system for assembling a plurality of panels (2, 3, 4) of an aircraft fuselage, the system comprising at least one anvil body (10), at least one first panel (2, 4) and one second panel (3), and movement means mounted on said anvil body (10), said movement means being arranged to move the first panel (2, 4) with respect to the second panel (3), between a first machining position in which one edge of the first panel (2, 4) and one edge of the second panel (3) are moved apart by a machining distance in such a way as to allow the passage of a machining tool between said edges in order to machine them simultaneously, and a second welding position in which said edge of the first panel (2, 4) and said edge of the second panel (3) are adjacent and supported on said anvil body (10).
