[origin: WO2015091653A2] The present application relates to a non-human transgenic animal developing a pruritus-like skin disease and/or a pathological eye phenotype, characterized by epidermal overexpression of 4-1BB. The animal model allows for screening for agents useful for treating pruritus-like skin disease. Accordingly, the present application provides means and methods for treating pruritus-like skin disease.
