One assembly (120, 220) is arranged in the motor vehicle in a stationary manner and the other assembly (110, 320) can be moved in relation to the assembly (120, 220) arranged in stationary manner. The first electronic module (150) is electrically connected to and placed in contact with the second electronic module (140, 240, 340) by means of a band-shaped, flexible contact element (150, 250, 350). For this purpose, the flexible contact element (150, 250, 350) is led out of the first housing by means of an end and inserted into the second housing (130, 230, 330) by means of said end and placed in electrical contact with the second electronic module (140, 240, 340), wherein the flexible contact element (150, 250, 350) is connected to the second electronic module (140, 240, 340) by means of an anisotropic, conductive film (170, 270).
