Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015096951A1] The invention relates to a tire (10) which includes at least one set (45) of at least two layers of at least one knitted fabric (441, 442), the two layers being at least partially vertically adjacent. The knitted fabric (441, 442) includes: columns of loops arranged, one after the other, substantially in a so-called "main" general direction (X1); and rows of loops arranged, one beside the other, substantially in a so-called "transverse" general direction (Z1). The knitted fabric (441, 442) has a force no higher than 40 N × rows-1 and/or 40 N × columns-1 when 100% elongated. The force when 100% elongated is predetermined on the basis of a force/elongation curve obtained by applying ISO standard 13934-1:2013 to the or each knitted fabric (441, 442) embedded in the standard elastomer matrix, and the number of rows and/or columns is measured according to NF EN standard 14791.
