The actuating device (17) contains a valve (18) which can be activated on the basis of a pneumatic control pressure, which can be predetermined in a constantly variable manner by means of a control device (19). In this context, the actuating device (17) contains a closed pneumatic cavity system (37) which supplies the control pressure and to which belongs a variable-volume control chamber (38), of which the internal pressure forms the pneumatic control pressure. The volume of a control chamber (38), which belongs to the cavity system (37), can be altered, for the purpose of altering the control pressure, by manual movement of a manual-actuation means (44).
