[origin: WO2015101728A1] Device (10) for packaging and applying a liquid composition (14) comprising solid particles (52) that are sensitive to a magnetic field, comprising: - a container (12) intended to contain the composition; - an applicator (16) that is able to be mounted on the container and comprises a stem (26) and an applicator head (28) secured to the stem, the stem and the head being designed to be inserted into the container when the applicator is mounted on the container; and - a stem cleaning member (40) disposed in the container. The stem comprises a magnetic part (42) that is able to generate a magnetic field suitable for attracting and keeping some of the solid particles on the stem, in a rest position, the magnetic part extending over a part of a region (46) of the stem that extends between the head and the cleaning member when the applicator is mounted on the container.
