In the rotor disc (12), these blades respectively have a thickness profile transited from an inner side toward an outer side in a radial direction, and at least one blade (16) has the thickness profile having at least one stage (22) separating two parts (18, 20) of the blade (16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rotorscheibe für einen mehrere separate, übereinander angeordnete, an einer Rotorwelle angebrachte Rotorscheiben oder genau eine separate, an einer Rotorwelle (14) angebrachte Rotorscheibe (12) umfassenden Rotor einer Vakuumpumpe, insbesondere einer Turbomolekularpumpe, wobei die Rotorscheibe eine Mehrzahl von in Umfangsrichtung verteilt angeordneten Schaufeln (16) umfasst, die jeweils ein in radialer Richtung von innen nach außen verlaufendes Dickenprofil aufweisen, und wobei wenigstens eine Schaufel ein Dickenprofil mit zumindest einer zwei Abschnitte (18, 20) der Schaufel (16) trennenden Stufe (22) aufweist.
