Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2015104092A1] The invention relates to an application device having a pin-like or tube-like receiving element for a liquid or viscous application medium, in particular solvent-containing paints. Provided on the receiving element are means for fixing a metering and dispensing device of the application medium, and a detachable covering cap. Also present is a funnel-like mouthpiece, which receives an application tip that is also replaceable. According to the invention, in the mouthpiece there is formed a hollow space which is open to the receiving element and which receives a valve carrier element that can be fixed in a latching manner, wherein the valve carrier element in turn can be connected in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner to the receiving element and an outlet opening present there for the application medium. Furthermore, the valve carrier element has a first annular groove, into which a diaphragm valve platelet can be inserted, which is connected to a passage opening in the valve carrier element, so that the output quantity of the application medium can be controlled, wherein the diaphragm valve platelet simultaneously seals off the valve carrier element with respect to the interior of the mouthpiece.
