[origin: GB2520745A] A printhead 1 includes a support element 3 which supports individual heads 2; each individual head 2 comprises a fluid chamber 21 having a nozzle associated therewith and the support element 3 includes an internal cavity 31 formed therein, through which fluid can flow to the heads 2, and, wherein the individual heads 2 are arranged on the support element 3 and retained thereon; the cavity 31 preferably the pressure of fluid in the chamber of each head 2 is equal; the support element 3 preferably provides fluid delivery 311 and fluid return 312 portions which are in fluid communication at one end. A head 2 for a printhead 1 including coupling apertures is also disclosed.
