[origin: WO2015109346A1] The invention relates to an arrangement, a method and a lance for cleaning soil that is contaminated with hydrocarbons, in particular mineral oil products. The arrangement comprises at least one well (1), having a lance (2) that is provided with two, preferably lateral, openings (5', 5") which are at a vertical distance from one another and which can be selectively connected by means of at least one line (3, 4) to an overpressure source for air or off-gas or to a suction device under vacuum. The method consists in that, in an alternating fashion and optionally with breaks, air is blown into regions of the contaminated soil below the groundwater level and gas is aspirated from regions of the contaminated soil above the groundwater level. The lance has two, preferably lateral, openings (5', 5") which are at a vertical distance from one another and which can be selectively connected by means of at least one line (3, 4) to an overpressure source for air or off-gas or to a suction device under vacuum.
