[origin: US2016212422A1] Systems, devices and methods are provided for video encoding. For example, video data is encoded based at least in part on a preset encoding algorithm to obtain a video encoding stream that comprises a plurality of coding frames. A stream tag is added for the video encoding stream, and a frame tag is added for each coding frame in the video encoding stream. The stream tag includes information characterizing whether the stream tag is added into the video encoding stream. The frame tag includes type information of the coding frame.
