Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2015114528A1] A container (1) comprises side walls (3), a first base with a planar base panel, and a second base (10) with base ribs which are welded to the first base. According to the invention, the container (1) has, on the side walls, a projection (5) which extends parallel to the side wall (3) in the direction of the base of the container as far as beyond the first base and the welded connections between the first and the second base (10). In one embodiment, the projection (5) has ribs (6) with end edges running horizontally and parallel to the edge (4) of the side wall (3), wherein the end edges run at a level below the first base. When the container (1) is stacked, the end edges of the ribs (6) lie on the edge of the side wall (3), wherein beads at the welded connections are situated in a free space and do not lie on the edge. Thus, precise stacking is possible without the welded connections having to be reworked.
