Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2015121290A1] The invention relates to a coupling head (1) of an automatic central buffer coupling (100), which coupling head has a Willison profile with a large coupling claw (4) and a small coupling claw (5). The basic concept of the invention consists in that a lever mechanism (50) consists of a carrier element (24) which is arranged on the coupling head (1) and on which, in a rotatable arrangement, an inter-coupled second lever element (32), force transmission lever (33) and connected lever (34) are provided in such a manner that, in a horizontal plane parallel to the longitudinal extent of the carrier element (24), the lever (34), which is connected to a vertically oriented shaft (31), is coupled rotatably to the force transmission lever (33) and the force transmission lever (33) is coupled rotatably to the second lever element (32), and a torsion spring (36) which is supported at one end thereof on the carrier element (24) and at the other end on the force transmission lever (33) is arranged on the shaft (31).
