According to the invention, the base (13) is a forged part and the ball raceway (26) is produced by a machining method. The invention further relates to an assembly (10) for a ballscrew drive of a power steering system (14), comprising a pulley (16) and a recirculating ball nut (12) according to the invention, the pulley (16) being connected to the recirculating ball nut (12) for conjoint rotation. The invention also relates to a method for producing a recirculating ball nut (12).
