An extended service life results if in the region of the coolant inlet (8) a flow guiding means (10) is provided, which directs the coolant (6) to locations on the housing (7) at risk of boiling, i.e. to the base on the intake side (4), wherein the at least one flow guiding element (11) forces a change of direction of the coolant flow (6) of approximately 0 ° < α < 90 °, in particular from approximately 15 ° < α < 42 °.
