[origin: WO2014180570A1] The invention relates to an armrest (1), in particular for an office chair or the like, having an armrest support (2) and having an armrest column (3), which can be displaced in height on the armrest support (2). Many embodiments of such armrests (1) are known from the prior art. In order to provide an armrest (1) of particularly straightforward construction, it is proposed that the armrest column (3) have an actuating element (26) which is connected integrally to it and is intended for changing the height position of the armrest column (3).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Armlehne (1), insbesondere für einen Bürcstuhl oder dergleichen, mit einemArmlehnenträger (2) und mit einer auf dem Armlehnenträger (2) höhenverschiebbaren Armlehnensäule (3). Derartige Armlehnen (1) sind in vielfacher Ausführung aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Um eine besonders einfach aufgebaute Armlehne (1) bereitzustellen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Armlehnensäule (3) ein einteilig mit ihr verbundenes Betätigungselement (26) zum Ändern der Höhenposition der Armlehnensäule (3) aufweist.
