Vorgestellt wird eine Kraftfahrzeugbeleuchtungseinrichtung (10) mit einem Gehäuse (18) und einer eine Lichtaustrittsöffnung des Gehäuses abdeckenden Abdeckscheibe (20), wenigstens einer Belüftungsöffnung (28) und wenigstens einer Entlüftungsöffnung (30), wobei außen an der Belüftungsöffnung (28) eine Luftführungsstruktur (34) angeordnet ist. Die Beleuchtungseinrichtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Luftführungsstruktur dazu eingerichtet und angeordnet ist, Luft (36), die bei einer bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung der Beleuchtungseinrichtung in einem fahrenden Kraftfahrzeug durch Fahrtwindeinfluss außen an der Beleuchtungseinrichtung entlangströmt, in einen Innenraum (32) der Beleuchtungseinrichtung (10) umzulenken.
