[origin: WO2015049470A2] A method for producing an electrical contact (100) which involves: b) producing a tube (30) by forming the edge of a strip; e) without detaching the tube (30) from the strip (12), securing a first conductive element (20) in a first end (31) of the tube, such that a portion of the tube remains empty at the second end (37) of same. An electrical contact comprising a tube (30), and a contact terminal (20) of which one end is secured in a first end (31) of the tube (30); and in which inner surface (32) of the tube is covered with a surface coating (16, 18) called the inner coating, and the thickness of the inner coating, or at least of one layer of the inner coating, is at least equal to 1 μm, or indeed 1.27 μm.

Procédé de fabrication d'un contact électrique (100) dans lequel : b) on réalise un tube (30) en formant le bord d'un feuillard ; e) sans détacher le tube (30) du feuillard (12), on fixe un premier élément conducteur (20) dans une première extrémité (31) du tube, de telle sorte qu'une portion du tube reste vide du côté de la deuxième extrémité (37) de celui-ci. Contact électrique comportant un tube (30), et une borne de contact (20) dont une extrémité est fixée dans une première extrémité (31) du tube (30) ; et dans lequel une surface intérieure (32) du tube est recouverte par un revêtement de surface (16,18) dit revêtement interne, et l'épaisseur du revêtement interne, ou d'au moins une couche du revêtement interne, est au moins égale à 1 µm, voire 1,27 µm.
