[origin: EP3112772A1] A fan device includes a base unit (1) having at least one air inlet (11) and an outer tube (13) that defines an accommodation space (131) fluidly communicating with the air inlet (11), and a cover unit (2) having a receiving chamber (21) fluidly communicating with the accommodation space (131), an air outlet (22) fluidly communicating with the receiving chamber (21), and a lower seat (23) including spaced apart inner and outer annular walls (231, 232), and a connecting wall (233) interconnecting the annular walls (231, 232). A preheat inner tube (3) divides the accommodation space (131) into a heating chamber (134) and a preheat circulation channel (135) that fluidly communicates with each other. A fan unit (4) is disposed in the receiving chamber (21). A heating unit (5) includes a heating component (51) disposed in the heating chamber (134).
