Bei einer Musiksaite (1), insbesondere für Streich- und/oder Zupfinstrumente, ist vorgesehen, die Musiksaite ein, an einem ersten Musiksaitenteil (2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11) der Musiksaite (1) angeordnetes erstes Fluid (6) und ein, an einem zweiten Musiksaitenteil (2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 13) der Musiksaite (1) angeordnetes, vom ersten Fluid (6) unterschiedliches, zweites Fluid (7) aufweist, wobei in wenigstens einem ersten vorgebbaren Schwingungsabschnitt der Musiksaite (1) das erste Fluid (6) und das zweite Fluid (7) zur Ausbildung eines ersten Mischbereichs (15) angeordnet sind
