Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2015135653A1] The invention relates to a device for applying filing strips (16) having filing holes (3) to a document (21) in which no holes are punched. The device comprises: a supply roll (1) having an unwinding band (2); deflecting elements (7, 9); and a motor-driven take-up roll (17). The unwinding band (2) consists of an endless filing-strip band (4) in which holes are punched, a continuous adhesive film (5), and a removable covering band (6). The filing-strip band (4) together with the covering band (6) thereof is fed past one of the deflecting elements (7, 9) with such wrapping that the covering band (6) is separated from the filing-strip band (4). Furthermore, a press-on bar (12) is provided, with which a cutting device (10) is associated, wherein the press-on bar (12) is designed in such a way that the press-on bar separates a filing strip (16) from the filing-strip band (4) and presses the filling strip onto the document (21) from below in a stroke phase with the cutting device (10). A sensor (19) is arranged on the press-on bar (12) in such a way that the sensor detects the individual filing holes (3) of the filing-strip band (4). The motor-driven take-up roll (17) can be controlled in such a way that the filing-strip band (4) can be positioned at cutting positions of the cutting device (10).
